Welcoming staff at the reception desk
Functional and modern room. A wide range of facilities including storage and a kettle.- Marvellous location in London, a short walk to food shops for breakfast and the South Kensington museums, a Tesco Express, tube station, and shopping.

The view over garden from our functional room was exceptionally good! The location was marvellous and lovely, for example, a famous museum was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. We found it in a beautiful area close to the many eateries at Gloucester Road.

The room is reasonably priced. The location is good, 1 mile from Royal Albert Hall. It's in the very pleasant area which is another bonus.

This place is a great home base for exploring with brand-new rooms equipped with amenities like an electric fan and kettle, and a lobby bar available.

The room I booked was cheap with the double bed, space apart from for the bed, for example. A hair dryer and a walk-in shower were very handy. The location was incredible and handy - ease of access to Courtfield Gardens. It was located in a good area.

Good location for Earls Court
Gave us room key for wrong room which meant we walked into an occupied room. Rooms are tiny, much too small for twin beds. Very hot and stuffy You can hear too much noise from other rooms.

This place is top-class with spotlessly clean rooms, very good service, and good value, plus the units are nicely decorated with comfy beds.

Leaving.
No welcome from the front desk when I arrived. Bed was deeply uncomfortable. Shower was difficult to use. Room had very little floor space but for some reason 3 single beds!

Bit more proficiency in English expected in London City. Furniture layout in most rooms particularly beds could be more innovative and specious.
Too many beds or too big bed in small room.
